Frequently Asked Questions

Prior to your initial visit with any provider we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. The intake form for Naturopathic & Chiropractic visits can be downloaded on our homepage.

Although many services will be covered by an extended health care provider (such as Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, etc) all services must be paid for at the time of the visit. The client may submit the receipt(s) to their individual provider for reimbursement. Payment may be made by cash, debit or credit card (visa/mastercard).

Clients are asked to dress appropriately for the treatment they are receiving (ie comfortable clothing). If you have questions, please feel free to ask our receptionist at time of booking.

In British Columbia, most extended health companies do cover chiropractic, naturopathic, acupuncture and registered massage therapy visits up to a yearly maximum. You will be provided with a detailed receipt from the clinic so that you may process your claim with your insurance provider.
Please see our online booking tool for more information about our rates & services.
Cancellation of appointments must occur 48hrs prior to appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.

No Show’s will be charged the full cost of the visit.
